Study of Familial Ovarian Cancer
Now enrolling eligible participants
With no routine screening test currently available, ovarian cancer remains one of the deadliest cancers for patients globally. In Newfoundland and Labrador, the frequency of certain risk variants is over 50 times higher than in other populations, suggesting the potential to identify other genetic drivers of disease onset and progression that may be missed elsewhere.
